I will gently guide you into a deep state of relaxation through hypnosis, opening the doorway to your subconscious mind and higher soul. From this space of wisdom, we will ask your higher soul questions to receive clarity, insight, and understanding about the areas in your life and energy that are ready for healing. Intuitively, I will weave Reiki into the session, helping to clear, realign, and restore balance within your energetic field.

To get the most out of your session, I recommend being well rested and hydrated beforehand. Reducing or avoiding caffeine will help your body enter a deeper state of relaxation. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, and have a blanket nearby, as the body often cools down during the process.

It’s also helpful to come prepared with any areas of concern, struggles you’re facing, or aspects of your life you’d like to clear and bring healing to. This allows us to focus your session with clarity and intention.

At the start of the session, we will take time to discuss the areas of concern or struggle you wish to address. I will also read your energy, bringing awareness to any blockages or stuck patterns from past traumas that I sense.

From there, you’ll settle into a comfortable position, and I will guide you into a state of hypnosis. In this deep, relaxed state, we will invite your higher soul to bring forth clarity and insight around the areas we’ve identified. Your soul may guide you into a past life to uncover energies carried into this lifetime, take you back to a significant moment in your current life for deeper understanding, or scan your body to reveal chakras in need of clearing or physical imbalances that need attention.

After emerging from hypnosis, we will gently process your experience together, exploring how the insights you’ve received can be integrated into your daily life. Sessions typically last between 2–4 hours, allowing for a deep and transformative journey.
